Mission Statement

Steer School of Dance is fully devoted to providing all dancers, without prejudice, an encouraging environment in which they can grow and excel in their dance education. 

 

Through our activities, we aim to offer the community the opportunity to partake in classes that offer disciplined, creative and worthwhile experiences. 

 

We strive to provide the highest standard of dance training, whilst nurturing each students unique gift of talent and creativity in a positive working environment.

 

We wish to encourage our students to achieve their fullest potential, to support them as they grow artistically and educationally and grow into well rounded individuals. 

 

The focus is always to celebrate each individuals achievements. We also aim for that wider sense of achievement which we strive to develop though personal and social skills in our young people. 

 

We believe that the arts, enrich the life of the student and family and builds community through cultural awareness.
